PLAN
YOUR VISIT

We’re so glad you’re joining us! Whether it’s your first time at Kismet or you’re a regular, we want your night to be as smooth as possible.

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about finding us in Pawtucket, snagging the best parking spot, and what to expect once you step inside the theater.

Located within Hope Artiste Village

Kismet Improv is located in the retail hallway of Hope Artiste Village, the revitalized The Hope Webbing Company Mill

Entrance: Use the 1005 Main Street entrance. Our Theater is straight down the hall in Suite 2205. Our Studio is in Suite 2209, right nextdoor.

Arrival + Parking

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before showtime to find parking and get settled. Doors and bar open 30 minutes before show time.

♿ Accessible Parking:

Dedicated spaces are available directly in the courtyard (lot on map).

Parking Lots:

  • Hope Artiste Village offers FOUR dedicated free parking lots (all shown on map). One in the courtyard, including accessible spaces; one on Main St. across from Hope Artiste; one on Dudley St.; one on Eston St., down the hill behind Hope Artiste.

Street Parking:

  • Available nearby, though spots are significantly more limited during the winter months due to snow.

things to know about our shows

Age Range: PG-13 (ish)

What to Expect

Our shows are unscripted, high-energy, and generally PG-13(ish). Because everything is created in the moment, the comedy is spontaneous and can occasionally get a little edgy—it’s all part of the fun of live improv.

Age Policy: Guests under 18 are welcome to join us but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Refunds: 24-hour notice for voucher

Can’t make it? No worries. While we don’t offer cash or credit card refunds, just email hello@kismetimprov.com and we’ll set you up with a voucher for a future show.

Late Arrivals & Sold-Out Shows

In the event of a sell-out, tickets may be released at showtime.
If you’re running late, please email hello@kismetimprov.com—it’s the fastest way to reach us.

Audience Participation: Optional!

Our shows are all about the fun, and if you're up for it, there are plenty of ways to join in—from shouting out suggestions to hopping on stage for an open jam. Participation is 100% optional; you'll never be forced to join in or put on the spot. At Kismet, we play with our audience, never at their expense. Every performer is dedicated to making sure you feel welcome and part of the magic.

Our Bar! Drinks + Snacks

Yes, we have a bar! It’s a cozy spot stocked with a rotating selection of local craft beers, wine, and canned cocktails. We take a lot of pride in what we stock, from our favorite local treats to a solid variety of non-alcoholic options like sodas and seltzers.

Whether you’re a regular with a "usual" or visiting for the first time, grab a drink and a snack—our bar opens 30 minutes before every show.
