Brian Kaufman

Brian Kaufman grew up in Hollywood-adjacent Burbank, CA, and was raised to be in the theater by his actor father and a mother who was a magician's assistant in Vaudeville.

He was a longtime member of The Whimsey Works children's theatrical ensemble, later earned theater and broadcast journalism degrees, and then worked in the L.A. media before relocating to Rhode Island. He has studied improv at The Second City in Chicago and at the Providence Improv Guild, and stand-up comedy at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank and at John Perrotta's Comedy Factory in Warwick. RI.
