Longform Improv Audition

About this Class

We're thrilled you're considering auditioning for Kismet Improv's Friday Night show, House Party! Here's what you need to know to get started: 1️⃣ You must book your audition slot using this page. 2️⃣ You must complete the auditioner information form. This is required along with booking your time slot. Can't make the audition? Fill out the form and let us know you're still interested. 3️⃣ Commitment: House team members perform 2-3 Fridays per month at 8 pm and rehearse every other week for 2 hours. All cast performers must complete one Kismet class annually to maintain their skills. 4️⃣ Eligibility Requirements: -- Foundational Improv Training: You must have some basic experience in improv. If you're new to improv, consider joining one of our classes or attending our shows to get started! -- Kismet Improv Training: You must engage in our specific training programs to understand and integrate into the Kismet style of improv. -- Ongoing Education: Maintain your skills and membership by completing at least one Kismet class annually. -- Special Audition Requirements: For this particular audition, you should have either completed Improv 301 at Kismet, a similar curriculum elsewhere, or have at least 6 months of experience performing longform improv with a team. Teams: 💫 Kiss of the Narwhal: Harold team, Monday rehearsals at 7 p.m. 🌀 The Void: Spokane team, Friday rehearsals at 5 p.m. 🌟 The Kismet Marquee Players: Premier freeform improv, Tuesday rehearsals at 7 p.m. ✨ New Longform Montage Team: Wednesday rehearsals at 7 p.m. Note: If Fridays aren't possible for you, check out our Masterclasses for opportunities in our Saturday showcases. Cancellation Policy

Please email classes@kismetimprov.com if you need to cancel your class enrollment or space rental. If you need to withdraw from a class, you can apply your registration fee as a credit toward a future class. However, if you withdraw within 48 hours of the class start time or after the class has already started, you will not be eligible for a credit transfer.
